    Based in Milan and reporting to Italy’s Country Manager, this position is a fixed field position as a Coordinator for the Milano Duomo Sephora Store in Milan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the business relationships with our retail partner and drive sales at store level while ensuring a consistent brand experience that meets/exceeds company sales and service standards.

    THIS IS HOW YOU WORK IT:

    • Drive and achieve retail sales goals assigned.
    • Build strong relationships with the store team to spot opportunities for growth and development of the business.
    • Provide reports on retail productivity and performance in store
    • Provide reports on out of stocks or report other store issues (merchandising, Testers…)
    • Pro-actively plan and attend in-store events to support launches and main animations
    • Schedule and conduct trainings with store personnel
    • Manage day-to-day operations with a strong sense of urgency
    • Communicate with Country Manager on a weekly basis. Must be willing to adhere to the calendar set up by manager and inform of any absences
    • Complete and submit all requests for information within time schedule (monthly schedule, expense report, training and gratis requests, training recaps)

     

    Office and Travel:

    • This position requires some level of travel. This need may vary throughout the year according to specific needs.
    • This employee is required to work from a home office for 1 office day/week

    THIS IS WHAT YOU’RE MADE OF:

    • Sephora experience
    • At least 5 years of experience in a store coordination role
    • Cosmetics experience
    • Advanced skills in English (both written and verbal)
    • Computer literate (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
    • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Good communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
    • Able to work independently
    • Able to travel within a designated territory
    • Dedicated and detail oriented
    • Self-starter with willingness to work hands-on
