    The International Operations Coordinator will collaborate cross-functionally with Trade Marketing, the International Management Team, Visual Merchandising, and Marketing to provide support to the overall operations of our EMEA team.  Ability to understand, maintain and communicate timelines, differentiate brand by retailer, work collaboratively and cross-functionally, and support brand essence and key initiatives is essential.  Key skills include providing administrative support in business operations and analysis, planning and execution, budget understanding, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

     

    Location: Remote (work from home)

    THIS IS HOW YOU WORK IT:

    • Support the ongoing day-to-day operations and key initiatives including assisting with sales reports coordination and communication with Sales and Field Teams. Maintain documents on a regular basis to keep files up to date
    • Create and track orders for new store requests
    • Track replenishment, novelties orders with retailers and communicate major issues internally
    • Communicate with retailers Supply Chain on OOS, back to stock, level of stock
    • Track all EMEA testers & gratis orders as well as managing the tester order process and working with inventory on availability
    • Work with Commercial Managers on tracking retailers’ invoices, credit notes and provide a monthly report to accounting
    • Ship comps and samples when needed to the Field team
    • Assist with weekly and monthly reporting
    • Other duties and responsibilities as requested by management

    THIS IS WHAT YOU’RE MADE OF:

    • Minimum 3 years related job experience required
    • Bilingual English/French required
    • Able to work well in a team setting and with various levels within the organization
    • Ability to understand a budget, strong overall analytical capabilities
    • Ability to organize and manage multiple, time sensitive projects
    • Ability to work cross-functionally
    • Experience working with retailers, preferably in the beauty industry
    • Strong computer skills – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
    • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
    • Self-motivated, committed, tenacious and goal-oriented
    • Energetic and passionate
    • Positive, professional and enthusiastic “can-do” attitude
