    We are currently seeking a dynamic, superstar Executive Assistant (EA) to support four Too Faced senior team members. This is an exciting role for an experienced Executive Assistant with strong communication, collaboration and networking skills. They should possess excellent organizational skills and be able to work independently under pressure, while keeping the operations of the team moving smoothly.

     

    This position is based in the Too Faced Corporate Headquarters located in Irvine, CA.

    THIS IS HOW YOU WORK IT:

    • Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks including calendar management, booking travel, managing meeting agendas, as well as processing and approving expense reports
    • Arrange efficient and effective meetings, to include preparing agendas, reserving and setting-up conference rooms, order catering, gathering and organizing meeting materials in advance
    • Organize daily work flow, prepare and manage any correspondence, reports, presentations, etc. as needed
    • Manage company American Express Corp. Credit Card program (set-up new employees, manage appropriate credit limits) and manage travel system (Concur)
    • Coordinate and manage company meeting calendar through Outlook
    • Other duties and responsibilities as needed

    THIS IS WHAT YOU’RE MADE OF:

    • BA/BS degree preferred; AA degree with equivalent experience is acceptable
    • Position requires 8+ years in a corporate environment providing administrative support to multiple senior executives
    • Strong computer skills are essential. Expertise on Outlook and the MS-Office product suite is a necessity, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Display professionalism, diplomacy and discretion when handling matters of a confidential nature
    • Exhibit excellent communication, writing and organizational skills
    • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, while also being able to grasp the “big picture”
    • Capability to take independent action as appropriate using good judgment and discretion
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
