    Too Faced is opening a Free Standing Store in Stratford! We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Too Faced Store Manager to lead, coach and develop our Assistant Store Manager and team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service and operational targets. Candidates should have proven leadership, coaching and business management skills from working in a fast-paced retail environment. You will have total accountability for running the store’s operations, driving sales, and will be responsible for creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, exceptional customer relationship management and the leadership of a high-performing team.     • On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for the smooth execution of your store such as cash handling, security, auditing, ensuring the store’s aesthetic is reflective of Too Faced, reviewing sales numbers, and business reporting.
    • Set and achieve retail targets, maximize all opportunities to recruit and obtain customers, ensuring the highest standards of authentic and personalized customer service amongst your team.
    • Monitor competitor products, activity and results and discuss ways to take on the competition and build the business
    • Liaise with field and head office teams to ensure your store is aligned to the brand; by managing stock for new releases and trends, and forward-planning eventing in line with your business strategy.
    • Participate in the coaching and development of team members, reviewing performance in relation to their goals
    • Conduct regular communication sessions with the team to keep them informed of targets, initiatives and activities that impact on their ability to perform their jobs to the best standard
    • Personally demonstrate excellent selling and artistry skills, acting as a role model for team members.
    • Work closely with your Assistant Store Manager to manage the performance within your team of Sales Associates and set targets based on your monthly/quarterly/yearly planning.


    • Extensive proven retail management experience in a Free Standing Store, preferably within cosmetics
    • Demonstrate knowledge of Too Faced products and a passion for the beauty industry
    • Previous business planning experience including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling
    • Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation
    • Be teamwork-oriented with the ability to lead/work in a selling, goal-driven environment
    • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers and management
    • Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
    • Experience creating and executing in-store events
    • Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
    • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
