    The Too Faced IT department is hiring an entry level, IT Coordinator. The IT Coordinator will ensure the timely delivery of technical services to end users within Too Faced. The main responsibility of the position is to process incoming service requests from end users and coordinate timely service delivery with technical staff. This person assigns service tickets to the technical staff and monitors the completion of the ticket while keeping the end users informed of its progress. We are looking for someone with excellent organizational skills, great attention to detail, and outgoing customer service skills to take care of our expanding family. This position reports directly to the IT Systems Administrator.

    This position is based out of the Too Faced Corporate Office located in Irvine, CA.


    • Act as the single point of contact to the customer for all types of service requests
    • Administrative duties
    • Manage the ticket lifecycle from creation to resolution while keeping the end users informed of updates
    • Follow-up with IT staff to assess and promote ticket resolution – escalate tickets to other technical resources as needed to ensure successful and timely ticket resolution
    • Follow-up with end users to assess resolution satisfaction
    • Daily assessment of outstanding tickets and follow-up
    • Create monthly ticket reports and identify trends for leadership insight
    • Assist in equipment procurement processes, and inventory management
    • Documentation of existing processes and assisting IT management to identify methods to streamline IT workflow.
    • Assist with Helpdesk/ IT support requests as needed when directed by IT management


    Technical Knowledge and Experience

    • Basic to moderate understanding of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) necessary
    • Knowledge of technical terms
    • Familiarity of Zendesk or any helpdesk ticketing system is a plus but not required
    • Customer service skills/background is favored


    • Must be a people person with a great customer service attitude: this position requires daily interaction with many personalities. You will be the face of IT
    • Must be able to oversee and coordinate the successful completion of multiple service tickets at once 
    • Must have outstanding written and spoken communication skills to successfully communicate ticket status updates to clients.
    • Must be a team player with a proactive, “can do” attitude and a strong work ethic
    • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
    • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills
    • An energetic, enthusiastic, team player with the desire to grow both personally and professionally

    • Strong sense of responsibility and pride in your work and career
    • Light physical IT tasks (i.e. desk setups) as assigned by IT management
    • Candidates looking for a career in IT highly desired
    • Quick learner and independent thinker with the ability to identify and triage problems in a fast paced environment using sound judgement
    • General knowledge and affinity for Star Wars is a plus
