    The Too Faced eCommerce Manager EMEA is responsible for building the Brand awareness, delivering retail sales plan and fostering a strong partnership in all European markets for Sephora and other retail partners online. The Digital Manager will develop a yearly animation plan to continue growth on the core equity franchises and create dynamic storytelling via 360 campaigns for launches.  

     

    This position will be based in France at the Estée Lauder office and will report into the Too Faced General Manager for EMEA.

    THIS IS HOW YOU WORK IT:

    • Plan regional online marketing plan to drive the overall retail sales objective
    • Reach 20% of digital penetration and increase digital Calculated Average Growth Rate (CAGR > Brick & Mortar CAGR)
    • Create user preference through brand page content, assortment, services and hyper targeted pull tactics
    • Work with the markets on strong yearly animation plans to keep growing core Equity franchises and secure dominant storytelling 360 Newness launches
    • Partner with global team on action to use with a marketing funnel approach
    • Utilize sales data and campaign learnings to provide recommendations on future campaigns
    • Ensure we reach our campaign’s goals and objectives by correctly advising planning process with the agencies and have an overview of what is done across the markets
    • Maintains clear communication, reporting & learning with major stakeholders at Too Faced U.S. headquarters and regionally
    • Ensures alignment and awareness of ongoing activities with regional and global teams for online activities
    • Directs recurring meetings with brand teams to provide programs, performance analysis and best practices
    • Manage and issue quarterly reporting covering sales and online activities (email, traffic, programs) to regional brand / global brand with learning and insights to improve KPIs and drive ROI guidelines

    THIS IS WHAT YOU’RE MADE OF:

    • Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
    • Ability to travel 20% of the time
    • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit
    • Ability to build productive relationships internally and externally through influence and collaborative communication
