Too Faced is growing and we are looking for a detail oriented Regulatory Assistant to join the Regulatory Team.  This is an entry level position and the right candidate will have an interest in learning about cosmetics regulations. This position will work with all aspects of Too Faced Cosmetics product registration domestically and internationally, as well as, all required dossier documents (definition of Dossier:  a collection of documents about a particular subject).

This position is based out of the Too Faced Headquarters office located in Irvine, CA.

THIS IS HOW YOU WORK IT:

  • Provide support in the collection and organization of all dossier documents for physical in house and electronic dossiers; Copy, scan, file and save all required documents.
  • Data entry and uploading of documents to regulatory entities.
  • Assist with product launch Registration: which includes providing specific requirements to register new products in various countries
  • Assist in special regulatory projects as needed.
  • Aid in regulatory and international compliance research for new projects.
  • Additional responsibilities to be developed as a team.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

THIS IS WHAT YOU’RE MADE OF:

  • 1 year similar experience preferred, will train the right candidate   
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working in the beauty and/or retail industry preferred not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized
  • Positive, professional and enthusiastic “can-do” attitude
