The Vice President, Digital will be responsible for the strategic development and management of the online business for Too Faced Cosmetics. This position requires a seasoned and savvy digital leader with a proven track record, using both quantitative and qualitative analytics, to inform and drive business decisions, optimizing the customer experience and steering the overall growth strategy. This position will report to the Global Brand President and be based out of the Too Faced Corporate Headquarters located in Irvine, California. 

THIS IS HOW YOU WORK IT:

  • Develop and execute a clear digital strategy for the future, translated into goals and targets for increasing conversion and revenue with close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Creative functions
  • Ownership and management of the digital customer experience, including technical structure, design, content, navigation, information architecture, marketing, performance, and functionality to drive business growth
  • Accountable for driving seamless omnichannel strategy that provide customers with a seamless experience, whilst maximizing sales and protecting and building the Too Faced brand
  • Collect, analyze and utilize key business metrics; including classification of key product sales, site traffic, conversion analysis, registered user growth and behavior, external marketing programs such as Search, content and email marketing programs, and performance to maximize sales
  • Demonstrate a strategic and broad view of the business, industry, and consumer environment to anticipate and plan for the future. Identify new areas of online opportunities beyond current opportunities
  • Partner closely with key cross-functional teams to ensure all relevant business goals and implications are factored into digital projects
  • Provide expertise on current digital best practices. Consult on cross-functional projects to ensure online principles are incorporated
  • Partner with additional marketing teams to design and deliver a robust digital marketing calendar that reflects the brand, and retailer activity and plan key market promotions and events to drive sales

THIS IS WHAT YOU’RE MADE OF:

  • Bachelors’ Degree in business related field
  • 10+ years’ experience in digital/ecommerce; with a passion for the beauty industry and strong knowledge of prestige color cosmetics
  • Proven excellence in the leadership and execution of a digital function, with a strong commercial acumen and experience in P&L management
  • Knowledge of website development (technical and aesthetic, navigation, performance and functionality efforts) to positively impact digital growth
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret extensive data to make actionable recommendations to the business
  • Capability to play a strategic role with the senior team to provide operational strategies for continuous growth and process improvement
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to build successful relationships with both internal and external teams, both locally and globally
  • Proven leadership skills to hire, develop and retain top talent within digital
