Too Faced is growing and we are looking for a detail oriented Regulatory & International Compliancy Coordinator to join the Regulatory Team. This position will assist the Regulatory Manager and team with all aspects of both domestic and international registration as well as all required dossier documents (definition of Dossier:  a collection of documents about a particular subject).

This position is based out of the Too Faced Headquarters office located in Irvine, CA.

THIS IS HOW YOU WORK IT:

Key Responsibilities Dossier & Regulatory:

 

  • Provide support in the collection and management of all dossiers documents for physical in house dossiers as well as electronic dossiers; copy, scan, file and save all required documents.
  • Data entry and uploading of documents to regulatory entities.
  • Aide in launch Registration – all countries need to be provided with their requirements in order to register new launch items in their respective countries seasonally
  • Ability to maintain and grow knowledge base of existing and emerging regulations, standards, or guidance documents.
  • Interpret regulatory rules or rule changes and ensure that they are communicated through corporate policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for the request and management of both physical and electronic dossiers
  • Assist in regulatory and international compliance research for new projects.
  • Support team in new market launch registration and special regulatory projects
  • Additional responsibilities to be developed as a team.

THIS IS WHAT YOU’RE MADE OF:

Required Skills/Experience

 

  • 1-2 years of similar experience preferred
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working in the beauty and/or retail industry is nice to have but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized
  • Positive, professional and enthusiastic “can-do” attitude
