Job Description

 

 

Position reports to: Sr. Manager, Loyalty & Retention

 

Overview

As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with the Sr. Manager, Loyalty & Retention and the Digital Marketing Specialist to provide support and execute on digital strategies as it relates to loyalty and retention programs. In this position you will be responsible for crafting weekly marketing messages, maintaining email and sms marketing calendars, and tracking campaign performance through reporting and analysis. This role involves heavy collaboration & coordination with marketing, video, education, social and digital marketing team members.

 

This position will be based from your Corporate Headquarters located in Irvine, CA.

THIS IS HOW YOU WORK IT:

Responsibilities

 

  • Understand and lead the lifecycle of digital campaign creation from creative development to execution.
  • Support daily business operations as it relates to email, sms, direct mail and loyalty marketing.
  • Coordinate the design, development, and content creation for email, sms, direct mail and more.
  • Coordinate, execute and report on email acquisition and sms strategies including on-site email acquisition and facebook lead generation.
  • Regularly research and maintain competitor analyses as it relates to customer relationship management
  • Communicate and document project status and strategic recommendations to team members  on a regular basis; escalate issues accordingly via the appropriate channels
  • Manage schedules, assets, and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverable dates are clearly communicated, understood and executed upon.
  • Facilitate AB Testing, segmentation, and audience building in collaboration with Sr. Manager and Digital Marketing Specialist
  • Identify KPIs and track performance metrics for email, sms and direct mail programs. Utilize these key insights to guide business strategies and decisions
  • Own and maintain marketing calendars as it relates to retention ensuring that all team members are up to date on the latest changes.

THIS IS WHAT YOU’RE MADE OF:

Skills

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Marketing or related field a plus
  • Keen interest and experience in digital marketing and analytics
  • 1 to 2 years of Online Marketing Experience and/or Project Management Experience
  • Flexible self-starter with optimistic attitude and proven experience succeeding in a dynamic and fast paced environment managing multiple projects and tasks to meet deadlines
  • Works well with deadlines, under pressure and handles interruptions well
  • Analytical and creative thinker with exceptional problem solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and solid organizational, time management and follow-up skills
