Part-Time Employee  

28-35 hours per week

 

Reports to:

Account Executive (AE)

Field Sales Director (FSD)

 

Job Summary

The ideal candidate possesses expertise in artistry, event execution and store-level relationship building.  Passion for cosmetics, loads of energy and a positive attitude, sell-through savvy, excellent communication skills and a reputation for follow-through are essential to succeed in this role.

 

Objective:

To generate retail sales and elevate partnerships in designated stores via the following:

  • Sales goal achievement
  • Elevated artistry and selling skills
  • Building relationships with retail partners
  • An ability to “be the brand” and act as a memorable ambassador at all touch points

THIS IS HOW YOU WORK IT:

Responsibilities:

Retail Sales

  • Achieve seasonal sales goals as determined by the Field Sales Director (FSD) and Account Executive (AE) through store visits for support, events and relationship building.
  • Coordinate optimal store visit schedule with Account Executive and strategize plans to achieve sales goals and execute corporate initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Account Executive to create monthly calendar to optimally support focus doors and sales achievement.

 

Teamwork

  • Ability to work collaboratively, effectively, and efficiently with Sephora cast and leadership
  • Promote feel good/fun environment for clients, store personnel, and employees
  • Able to work in a team environment to achieve overall sales goal
  • Approachable and an effective two-way communicator

 

Customer Service

  • Comfortable approaching clients and assisting with product selection
  • Effectively communicate with clients and identify their product needs
  • Offering the highest possible level of customer service
  • Promote Too Faced products by educating the client on features and benefits and offering makeup application

THIS IS WHAT YOU’RE MADE OF:

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in cosmetic retail experience required, including artistry, event, and selling ability
  • Existing productive relationships with retail partners
  • Proven ability to drive sell-through
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and motivational skills
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook strongly desired
  • Goals and results-oriented attitude
  • Punctuality and follow-through skills a must
  • Creative sales driver with passion, energy and love of the beauty industry
  • Strong retail and customer service experience
  • Flexibility regarding work hours; ability to work nights, weekends and some holidays
  • Must have reliable access to transportation to various work locations within region
