Ready to paint the world Pink? We are growing rapidly and are in need of an Accounts Payable Specialist who will report to the Controller, providing financial and clerical services. This includes processing and monitoring payments and expenditures and preparing expense reports in the Concur system. Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure that our payables are accurate and up to date, and that employees, vendors and suppliers are paid within established time limits.

THIS IS HOW YOU WORK IT:

  • Review invoices and check requests
  • Sort and match invoices and check requests
  • Set invoices up for payment
  • Process check requests
  • Process monthly expense reports
  • Prepare and process accounts payable checks, international wire transfers and ACH payments
  • Reconciliation of payments
  • Prepare analysis of accounts
  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Vendor file maintenance
  • Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
  • Produce monthly reports
  • Assist in month end closing
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as needed in all areas of accounting

THIS IS WHAT YOU’RE MADE OF:

  • 4-year college degree in accounting or finance preferred
  • 3+ years accounts payable and general accounting experience
  • Knowledge of general accounting procedures and terminology
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications; Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in data entry and management
