We are Painting the World Pink one New Hire at a time!  We are looking for a customer serviced oriented Coordinator to join our Key Accounts team, what does that mean?  You will work with  our internal teams to help get our amazing product to our retailers.  As the Key Accounts Coordinator you will be responsible for identifying, addressing, and ultimately resolving internal department concerns related to placing and tracking orders, and problem solving.  This position is a high data entry role and requires an experienced representative with strong verbal, written, and computer skills, along with a can-do attitude!

 

This position is based out of our Pink HQ Palace located in Irvine, CA.

THIS IS HOW YOU WORK IT:

 

  • Heavy order placing and order tracking via our internal ERP system.
  • Detailed follow through and tracking of PO’s.
  • Partnering to identify and assess internal department needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage partnering departments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain an extremely friendly attitude when faced with difficult situations.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and provide feedback to Customer Service Manager
  • Maintain relationships with sales team to ensure orders get placed and shipped on time.

Education and Experience

  • Some college prefered, High school diploma
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office environment 
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Numeric, oral, and written language applications
  • Product knowledge helpful
  • Minimum 2 years in a customer service role
