We are Painting the World Pink one new hire at a time and we need your help!  We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist who is an experienced accounting professional to handle both accounts receivable and collections duties including, but not limited to those listed below. 

 

This position is based at the Too Faced PInk Palace located in Irvine, CA.

THIS IS HOW YOU WORK IT:

  • Maintain the entry, tracking and maintenance of appropriate records regarding all receivables
  • Post cash receipts to customer accounts daily
  • Perform accurate reconciliations of customer accounts
  • Serve customers by researching and responding to inquiries
  • Reconcile and maintain chargeback claims
  • Process RA’s and credit memos ensuring proper approval is obtained
  • Assist with the documentation and maintaining of policies and procedures associated with the billing and AR functions
  • Assist with various month end reconciliations
  • Assist with various month end journal entries
  • Other duties as assigned

THIS IS WHAT YOU’RE MADE OF:

  • 4-year degree in accounting or finance preferred
  • Expertise in accounts receivable, billing and collections
  • Accounting background with emphasis on accounts receivable with 4+ years of experience
  • Computer experience required: professional proficiency in the MS Office suite with strong skills in Excel
  • Microsoft Dynamics experience a plus
  • Knowledge of Foreign Currency a plus
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written/oral communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to team with internal/external customers
  • Must be highly dependable and detail-oriented
