PAINTING THE WORLD PINK ONE NEW HIRE AT A TIME...Do you have a passion for Digital Marketing and Cosmetics? Our digital team is growing and we are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support digital marketing channels including Paid Search, Natural Search (SEO), Affiliate and Shopping Feeds. This position will work closely with key business stakeholders as well as our digital marketing agencies, reporting into the Director of Digital Marketing.  This position will be responsible for working as a liaison with agencies on implementation, daily management and campaign analysis. Analytical and administrative support will be an important part of this role.


This position will be based from Too Faced Corporate headquarters located in Irvine, CA.


  • Communicate with agencies regarding all product launches, promotions, site optimizations and brand activations, ensuring that opportunities are maximized to support these initiatives within all channels.
  • Coordinate with agencies on execution of key initiatives.
  • Partner with agency, and any third party vendors, to optimize current tactics and test new opportunities.
  • Complete creative brief requests, discuss with design and/or video production and monitor progress to ensure assets are received as needed. Traffic creative assets to appropriate agencies for implementation.
  • Continuous review of paid search performance including keyword analysis, landing page and ad copy testing, new product support, etc.
  • Monitor SEO performance and assist with keyword analysis, site audits, meta data and link building recommendations. Partner with internal teams to execute SEO recommendations relating to social and PR.
  • Partner with digital marketing agency to further develop other performance based campaigns including shopping feed, Gmail and YouTube advertising.
  • Coordinate with affiliate agency on partner recruitment opportunities, promotion planning and program analysis.
  • Support additional channels including display and social advertising as needed, including creative briefs & trafficking, reporting, ect.
  • Consolidate metrics and provide ongoing reports to communicate performance against goals (ROAS and other KPIs). Provide insights on performance and guidance for program optimization.
  • Execute advertising efforts that achieve brand, product and sales objectives.
  • Ability to work cross-departmentally to gather assets, business requirements, marketing goals and objectives, etc.
  • Stay current with best practices, strategies, legislation and industry standards related to digital marketing tactics.
  • Track and analyze trends, competitive landscape, consumer insights and current state of the business


  • 1-2 years’ work experience in a fast paced and aggressive environment, with a minimum of 1 year in digital and ecommerce.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications or equivalent.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously with individual production schedules.
  • Experience analyzing quantitative/qualitative data and extrapolating insights.
  • Must be well versed in digital advertising trends, best practices and reporting.
  • Ability to communicate and present effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of concepts/terms such as: HTML, CPC, CPM, ROAS, display URLs, Domain, Alt-tag, Meta Tags, wire frames, tracking tags, quality score, etc. a plus.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, AdWords, and/or Impact Radius a plus.
