Are you ready to Paint the World Pink!  The Too Faced Social Media team is growing and seeking a savvy and dynamic Senior Influencer Manager who knows the influencer world, knows how to connect and knows the who's who in the influencer world!  This position is responsible for developing the brand’s overall influencer global strategy. The ideal candidate has substantial experience in influencer relations as it relates to identifying influencers, building relationships and developing programming/content globally.


This position is based in the Too Faced Pink Palace located in Irvine, CA.


  • Define and develop global influencer marketing strategy to encourage advocacy and support key launches
  • Lead all social influencer programs including long term relationships, seasonal activation, and substantial micro-influencer program
  • Develop and mentor the Too Faced social influencer team while ensuring strong relationships cross functionally
  • Lead ideation, identification and execution of influencer partnerships, storytelling and social content creation across multiple channels and platforms
  • Empower and partner with regions and affiliates to engage with influencers and deliver timely and relevant high-impact content
  • Provide guidance to international markets around local influencer partnerships to ensure global consistency
  • Understand the influencer landscape, their social platforms, content creation patterns and their work within the beauty and fashion industry
  • Develop stories leveraging influencers to connect to brand objectives and consumer needs
  • Partner with international teams to expand and maintain influencer activity in various markets
  • Build content calendars specific to influencer marketing, aligning with Marketing, Digital, Social Media, PR, and Retail teams to reflect key programs and product launches
  • Track and analyze all outreach performance, content, conversion rates to estimate ROI and advise on best strategies
  • Perform competitive analysis, industry research, assessment of best practices and KPIs (e.g. earned media value) in a consistently changing landscape
  • Monitor, track and share new digital and social trends, tools and platforms to connect with brand strategies
  • Utilize Tribe Dynamics and other social listening tools/platforms to measure influencer activity against brand KPIs
  • Develop recommendations informed by consumer insights, KPIs and industry landscape
  • Attend influencer events both domestically and internationally


  • Degree in Communication, PR, Marketing or like subject
  • 5-7 years of PR or talent relations experience 
  • Digital fluency in the beauty or fashion influencer landscape
  • Demonstrated experience in mangement required
  • Travel: 10%-15% (domestic and international)
  • Demonstrate relationships with influencers and experience in digital platforms, content development, PR, social media, editorial and consumer marketing
  • Creative thinker who can brainstorm innovative ideas/strategies to support brand initiatives with focus on editorial storytelling, influencers and consumer engagement
  • Excellent team player with the ability to build, foster and nurture supportive and collaborative relationships with a range of leadership
  • An 'early adopter' of digital trends, and has a passion for digital projects
  • Active within social media and digital platforms in a global capacity
  • Can-do positive attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach; personable and flexible with demands and changes in business
  • Highly-organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinker willing to push the envelope and bring fresh, innovative ideas to life
