Too Faced is looking for an experienced Sr. Digital Media Buyer with a compelling record of managing digital marketing strategies and leveraging marketing campaigns to deliver outstanding revenue growth. The role will help expand our branded digital media buys both in the US and globally. This position will be focused on running our branded display advertising program which entails an intimate knowledge of: ad serving technologies, DSPs, site direct buys, mobile, video and emerging inventory sources as well as a few years' experience managing direct reports. In-house marketing experience is a plus. This individual will be responsible for managing and optimizing placements through paid social media, native, and display campaigns as well as establishing new, viable mobile and desktop channels for our awareness and branded initiatives. This is a new role at TF, and candidates must be willing to work directly in buying media tools while building a plan to hire and grow a team. This manager will develop near and long term media buying strategies for the US and International.
The position requires an enthusiastic multi-tasker with attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication and an ability to build relationships across internal and external teams.
As a Sr. Digital Media Buyer, you’ll lead strategizing, buying, negotiation, implementation and tracking of your paid media campaigns. You’ll collaborate with performance digital marketing, analytics, creative, copywriting, brand and retail marketing teams to develop presentations. You’ll execute multi-channel (i.e. social, search, display, native) digital advertising programs; and you’ll evaluate and report back on their effectiveness. As a strategic leader, you’ll provide invaluable support in growing paid media capabilities.
